  Five pupils and two teachers spent three days in Stockholm, going to Sverigefinska skolan, visiting sights  and getting to know the Swedish culture and language. They got to experience a lot during their visit! 😊 Musikquiz med Janira och klass 6A. Eleverna får bekanta sig med både svenska och finska artister Tipsrunda med Cecilia och klass 6B. Eleverna svarar på olika roliga frågor som handlar om både Finland och Sverige. Tipsrundan kommer att hängas upp på olika platser i skolan. Språkval. Eleverna får välja om de deltar i franska (klassrum 434A) eller spanska (klassrum 414). Fika på Vetekatten. Vi går tillsammans från skolan till café Vetekatten som ligger nära skolan. Svenska med Janira 5B Vi gör dramaövningar eller skriver berättelser tillsammans. Speeddating och diskussioner i biblioteket med Janira och inbjudna elever från olika klasser. Music quiz.   Background of the project Recent work in both schools has enabled the majority of learners to make greater progress and to have a deeper understanding of the maths that they have been taught. Both schools are identifying however, that a small minority of learners either do not make the progress expected or have gaps in their knowledge due to missed education or changes in education and not due to ability. Additionally, many of these pupils are migrants or refugees and may not speak the language of the country they have settled in.
